My mother was a painter and fine arts conservator, so I was raised with art everywhere. Victorian portraits and other fabulous works littered my house growing up. She taught me a few things, but mostly I would say she led by example. I was too impatient to learn efficiently.
I learned to draw fairly early, and was most prolific in high school. Most of these works come from the 80’s. I developed the chops, and somewhere along the way lost the inspiration to continue. Perhaps I’ll get back to it someday!
